CST releases tension and restrictions within this system, which can have positive effects on many aspects of one’s health. Treatments can be structural in nature for healing from many ailments from migraine to concussion or postural holding patterns. SomatoEmotional Release is an advanced aspect of CranioSacral Therapy for emotional processing (we *strongly* encourage scheduling a phone consultation to answer any questions and make sure you and your practitioner will be the correct fit).

Zero Balancing is a treatment system of energy work, skilled touch and passive movement that works with both the structural and energy systems, bringing balance to these systems as well as how they relate to one another. The principles of Zero Balancing teach that our deepest currents of energy lie within our bones and when stress, injury, emotions, etc. create imbalance within these energy currents, these imbalances precede disease or disorder. Treating these subclinical imbalances can therefore be both nourishing to the body as well as preventative of future disharmonies. Zero Balancing practitioners treat clients while fully clothed and use a combination of lifting, stretching and other passive movements of the clients' body, as well as pressing and holding, all with particular attention paid to the bone and joints as and their energy channels within. These techniques create a fulcrum or points of balance, to restore and reorganize the clients' system. The result enables the client to feel more engaged on the levels of body, mind and spirit; both energy and physical function can improve dramatically. Zero Balancing sessions are best for clients who are seeking a shift in perspective, a new way to engage with their body, or a deeper sense of harmony.
